1. Service

Lea Tarot provides personal tarot-style entertainment and self-reflection readings. The service is intended to help you reflect on a situation and is not a professional, medical, psychological, legal, financial or emergency service.

Lea is a fictional digital persona created for the service. AI systems assist with question analysis, card interpretation, drafting readings, voice generation and image processing. Every customer result requires human review and explicit approval before publication. Human review checks consistency and safety; it does not make tarot predictions objectively true.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. No guaranteed outcome

Readings are interpretive and subjective. We do not guarantee specific events, decisions, relationship outcomes, financial results or any particular future result.

4. How the service works

• You select three intention cards and complete a short website quiz with age confirmation, topic, question, optional context, name and email address. Intention cards set the mood of the question; the actual tarot spread is drawn separately.
• After routing is approved, a cryptographic draw freezes the spread, positions and card orientations. Text, audio, photo and any clarification are tied to that same approved snapshot.
• Your personal reading is prepared with AI assistance, checked by automated validators and a human reviewer, and published on your secure result page only after explicit approval.
• The free result contains the edited spread photo, a short audio reading and its transcript.
• The full personal PDF reading costs 14.90 EUR, contains the same edited spread photo, and payment is safely processed through Stripe.
• After buying the PDF, you may order one clarification at a time for 4.90 EUR during the following 30 days. The clarification uses the same approved cards without a new draw and includes a short audio answer and transcript no later than 12 hours after payment.
• You can return through a passwordless email link to a private library that keeps each original reading together with its clarification thread.
• We send transactional email when the request is received and when the preview is ready. Your secure result page remains the source of truth.
• The preview is made available no later than 12 hours after we receive the required information.
• Free photo, audio and transcript remain available for 30 days. Paid reading and clarification materials remain available until you remove the reading from the library. Removing it revokes library/result access; service and payment records follow the separate retention rules in the Privacy Policy.

5. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for the decisions you make after receiving a reading. Do not use this service for urgent, medical, legal, financial, safety or crisis decisions.

6. Payments

The full personal PDF price is 14.90 EUR and an eligible clarification costs 4.90 EUR. The exact product and total payable are shown before you place each order. Payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is valid and that you are authorised to use it.

7. Refunds

Consumers may request a refund within 14 days of placing an order, including where a personal reading has already been started or delivered. See our Refund Policy for the process.
